The Gwalior Collectorate project aims to create a modern administrative building that houses all government departments in one location. This centralized approach enhances accessibility and efficiency for citizens and officials alike. By uniting services under one roof, we seek to improve public engagement and streamline administrative processes for the community.

Inspired by the round shape of a torus, the design ensures that every building on the site has its courtyard. This unique layout enhances aesthetic appeal while providing privacy and tranquility. Each courtyard serves as a personal oasis, promoting interaction and community within the harmonious circular design.

The primary design element that stands out in the collectorate is its state-of-the-art kinetic sun shades. These advanced shades are engineered to function automatically, to the angle and intensity of sunlight throughout the day. By doing, they play a crucial role in regulating the inner core temperature of the building, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for all who occupy the space. This innovative integration technology with architectural design not only emphasizes energy efficiency but also reflects a modern approach to sustainability and aesthetics within the structure. The result is a harmonious balance between functionality and visual appeal that enhances the overall experience of the building.
